McDonald's in Eisenach

I'm 16 and I wasn't sold coffee. I understand if it was the first time. But I have already visited this place 10 times. I was alone the whole time and suddenly today they asked for my ID (because unfortunately I wouldn't have it with me). Myself and my parents wanted to clarify this situation, but the staff were rude and refused to answer our questions. We asked about the boss, instead the MaCdonalds employees stepped up and gave no further answer. If you want to have a nice cup of coffee, you better keep going.

Not to be recommended at the moment, as in my opinion too much is cordoned off at McDonalds. Were there on 2.1.21 and things were missing as always. Fortunately, the children's happy meals were complete. Not recommended at the moment.

Unfortunately forgot half of it. Unfortunately not for the first time. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

Even a star is just so much. Every order from Mc Drive is simply incomplete. If you complain about this, you get really annoyed about the missing products. Complaints directly to McDonald are also simply ignored.

Rude staff. The receipt roll was empty at the machine and the customer is warned that it shouldn't be that difficult with the order. Then also with the staff the insight that the role is all. I was then told they weren't stupid. Sometimes being friendly is really difficult and customer service looks different. The toilets smelled terribly. After all, the food was freshly made and warm.

Unfriendly staff. Order repeatedly incomplete. Especially an older, dark-haired lady was very unfriendly, cheeky and annoyed. It wasn't the first time for her. Unfortunately, she puts the establishment in a very bad light with her very poor way of dealing with customers. The order was again incomplete.

In this difficult time when the gastronomy has to be happy about every guest, we were served more than rude and undesirable today. The staff wasn't up for it, couldn't even talk to the guest intelligently and they were served very unfriendly. To top it all off, they didn't even put the present in our daughter's happy meal. So we're definitely not going back there. The service has always been bad and unfriendly, but today was awesome. So keep it up and many guests will avoid mc Donalds in Eisenach

Location is like MD is. Staff very friendly and quick. But the toilet power has completely failed.

Unfriendly service! The table was only wiped carelessly when requested and that at the time! You couldn't find out from the waitress whether you had the desired Coke Zero that you ordered! "I don't know ..." Very bad for people with diabetes! The staff here in Eisenach should again train them in dealing with customers!

Good, despite Corona. Hygiene is right ... Cappuccino tastes good, so does the food, if you like. Now and then you have to sin.

The staff at the checkout was difficult to understand and did not understand me well. We could hardly decide what to take. Just arrived and you wanted to know IMMEDIATELY what it should be and the staff seemed a bit impatient, but couldn't help us either because the language understanding was probably not that great ... ??. I've visited better McDonalds restaurants ??‍♂️

Very good food and very good wine. Staff friendly and quick.

It is not always clean in the evening. There were no paper towels in the toilet and the hand dryer did not work. Otherwise a typical McDonald's fast food restaurant.

Nice that you could connect to the Internet for free for 3 hours, however, there are no outlets there if you need to charge anything. Also, the entire place was sticky.
